The Brief

This year, we had the exciting opportunity to work with the Outcast team on building an unforgettable gifting experience. We weren’t just focusing on the clothes, we were focused on creating an immersive journey that would captivate all the senses of their lucky invitees. We wanted to ensure that the Outcast experience was something that stood out in the crowded gifting suite space.

The Event

The result? A completely unique experience that went beyond fashion. From the moment guests walked in, they were greeted by an array of unexpected and playful elements designed to delight. Here’s what made the Outcast gifting suite truly special:

1. Branded Popsicles and Juices: An instant hit, offering a refreshing treat that was as much about the look and feel of the brand as it was about satisfying taste buds.

2. A Fully Fledged Spritz Bar: We set up a chic spritz bar that gave attendees a taste of Coachella with a couple of signature spritzes. In addition, we created bespoke branded ice cubes to use in the cocktails for a cute, Instagrammable drink that escalated brand presence.

Creating an Immersive Experience That Stands Out

What sets a gifting suite apart is the ability to create something that guests will remember long after Coachella has ended. In a world saturated with influencer events and brand activations, standing out is key. The Outcast team nailed it by focusing on the guest experience as much as the product itself. The branded popsicles and juices, the spritz bar, and the attention to sensory detail created a space that felt lively, fun, and, most importantly, memorable.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about handing influencers your clothes, it’s about handing them an experience they’ll want to share with the world. #ServingFun.

These suites provide an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the latest collections, with brands carefully selecting which influencers will represent them.
